The Bachelor of Science (Honours) program provides students with the opportunity to pursue an independent research project in an area of interest under the supervision of an academic staff member. Students will acquire skills which will enable them to work without close supervision in a research environment in industry or government, or to proceed to a research higher degree.

Studying Arts course, which is a three-year undergraduate programme, involves acquiring in-depth knowledge of History.Hindi language, its literature and interdisciplinary. The students are enrolled on the basis of their marks in the 12th standard of examination.

Students graduating with an Major Subject will acquire an understanding of the discipline and familiarity with economic issues and also develop their analytical, quantitative, and communication, skills.

Commerce

B.Com. stands for Bachelor of Commerce. The course can be pursued either as a Full Time Graduate Course or Part Time Graduate Course i.e. through Correspondence or Distance Education depending upon one’s choice. B.Com. (General) is often referred as simply B.Com. or B.Com. Pass Course. It is General in the sense that it is not Subject Specific and one can choose a number of combinations of subjects, apart from 1-2 Compulsory Subjects.

The degree provides the students with a wide range of managerial skills and competence in a particular area of Commerce. It equips students with the knowledge of accounting principles, export and import laws, economic policies and other aspects that impacts trade and business.
